This website provides information about T’LuXperience Aesthetics Studio, its lash services, studio policies, and ways to contact Toya. By using the website or requesting an appointment through one of its contact links, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The website is intended for personal, lawful use. You may not copy, misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
An Instagram message is an appointment request only. An appointment is not confirmed until Toya has accepted the requested date and time and any required deposit has been received. Please verify all appointment details directly with Toya before arriving at the studio.
Services, prices, appointment length, and availability may be updated. The information confirmed directly by Toya at the time of booking will control if it differs from information shown on this website.
A nonrefundable $25 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. A deposit may be transferred to a new appointment only when rescheduling is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours are not eligible for a deposit transfer. A new deposit is required for all same-day cancellations. Payment instructions should come directly from Toya through a verified T’LuXperience contact method.
If you need to reschedule, please contact Toya at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable and transferable only when the required 48-hour notice is provided. A new deposit is required for all same-day cancellations. To protect appointment availability, repeated late or same-day cancellations may result in future appointment requests being declined. Please arrive on time; a late fee may apply as communicated during booking.
A properly worn mask is required throughout the appointment. Children, guests, and other non-serviced individuals are not permitted during appointments. Clients should arrive prepared and follow any additional instructions Toya provides before the service.
Before service, disclose any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, recent eye procedures, infections, medications, or prior reactions that could affect lash application. Toya may postpone or decline a service when there is a safety concern. Lash services and website content are beauty-related and are not medical advice; consult a qualified medical professional when appropriate.
Lash appearance, comfort, and retention vary based on natural lashes, skin, lifestyle, maintenance, and aftercare. Follow the care instructions provided by Toya and contact her promptly if you have a concern after your appointment.
This website does not contain an online booking form. If you choose to use Instagram or open directions, your information is handled through the service you selected and subject to that service’s terms and privacy practices. Avoid sending sensitive medical or payment information through a social-media message.

T’LuXperience branding, photographs, website copy, graphics, and other original content may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, or used for another business without written permission. Service photos are examples of artistry and do not guarantee an identical result for every client.
The website is provided for general business information and booking access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, T’LuXperience is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outdated website information, interruption of third-party services, or unauthorized use of external links.
